A recent Slack thread causes me to revisit this list and note some changes. I now listen on a Motorola Droid Turbo, still using DoggCatcher, and 1.5X speed.
Added to my list are Serial (I had to understand the buzz,) Shift, FIR on Higher Education, 99% Invisible, Code Coverage, Relatively Prime, Seacoast Fisheries Podcast, Slate's Working, and Benjamin Walker's Theory of Everything. I also added a couple to hear some different perspectives, based on suggestions from others - Commonwealth CLub of California and Ideas from CBC Radio.
I still skip around a bit, and freely delete those that don't catch me in the first five minutes. Podcasts make my driving time much more bearable.
